The Oregon All State Wind Ensemble with conductor Larry Gookin, will perform "California" as part of their program. The concert is part of the NAFME Northwest Division conference, which is taking place in Portland, Oregon, February 14-17, 2019. The concert will be held Sunday, February 17th and 4:30 pm in the  Oregon Ballroom, located in the Portland Conference Center.
